really good service that turned a difficult stay into a nice one with the best breakfast ever

Warm staff, amazing breakfast experience.

The full breakfast bar and their cook Darlarena was awesome. She was very friendly and well mannered.

Place was well-kept and comfortable, enjoyed the stay.

The place was spotless with absolutely friendly staff members. It was in a good and beautiful location close to bars and restaurants. There was a nice restaurant at a short distance from the hotel. The property took care of the great service. Took advantage of ironing, offered at no cost.

the room was musty,, but the breakfast selection was amazing,, from waffles to fresh fruit. also, staff delivered towels quickly when requested. easy location to access from the highway for quick trips around town.

The room was very comfortable.and clean.The breakfast available was very good on both mornings that I was there. The entire staff was courteous and professional.

I did not have a single complaint during my stay there.

The breakfast spread was a real gem, with a good variety to satisfy any morning craving. The location provides easy access to tasty spots like Sake Sushi Grill and Panera Bread. Plus, the room was pretty clean and comfy for a good night's sleep.

But, the TV had a mind of its own, flicking on and off like it was trying to join the party. And that pesky PTAC unit? It clicked and clacked like it was auditioning for a role in a sound effect reel. Still, it was a decent stay overall!

Loved marvellous breakfast, well-appointed and brand-new room.

Everything was perfect, including superfriendly staff. The staff were eager to help with any little detail. The hotel was in a central location in a convenient area.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and the outdoor pool provided an excellent spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

Breakfast service: the lady taking care of the breakfast service was outstanding. Having a few nice words for everybody, noticing empty coffee cups... it was special. Front desk service: these girls where just great with recommendations and service. Overall the staff helped making the stay special!

They did have a nice free breakfast and a nice outdoor pool. There is no indoor pool but during the summer in NC you don't need one. The staff was really helpful.

In my wife's opinion, a bigger breakfast selection would make it better for families.

Great location. Close to the airport and downtown adventures.

Toilet had been USED before I got there, with literally visible evidence of someone sitting there! The shower interior was not clean and in poor condition.
